[ IS IT FOR YOU? ]
For a move you’re planning, or a bill you can’t explain.
Book it as a cloud migration assessment, a cloud cost assessment, or both, in these situations.
Your cloud bill has grown faster than your traffic, and nobody can say which services drive it.
You plan to move to another provider or region, and want to know the cost and the risks before you commit.
A spending commitment with your cloud provider is up for renewal, and you want to compare options before you sign again.
Releases depend on one engineer who deploys by hand.
A customer, auditor, or regulator has asked where your data is hosted and who can reach it.
Not the right fit?
[ WHAT YOU RECEIVE ]
Your setup today, the target, and the price of the move.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
01 · INFRASTRUCTURE AND RELEASE REVIEW
What runs where, how it is sized, what depends on what, and how a change reaches production, including manual steps and single points of failure.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
02 · SECURITY AND ACCESS REVIEW
Who can reach each account, how keys and secrets are handled, what faces the internet, and whether backups and logs would hold up in an incident.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
03 · COST REVIEW
Where your monthly bill goes, by service and environment, and which costs come from idle, oversized, or forgotten resources.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
04 · TARGET ARCHITECTURE
The setup we recommend, with each provider option compared on the 5 points in the table below.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
05 · MONTHLY BILL ESTIMATE
What the target should cost each month at today’s usage and at the growth you expect.
Icon (agency pixel icon)
06 · MIGRATION PLAN AND READOUT
The move in waves, each with its calendar and a way back, a fixed price for the migration, and a 90‑minute readout with your leadership team.
You own the report and the plan. Migrate with us, with your own team, or with anyone else.
[ HOW IT WORKS ]
Your real setup in week 1, a priced plan by week 3.
The calendar starts once our read‑only roles are in place.

WEEK 2
COMPARE
We design the target architecture, compare the provider options, and check the riskiest assumptions, such as a database move, with your team.

WEEK 3
PRICE
We estimate the monthly bill, split the migration into waves, price it, and present the plan to your leadership team.
Your options after the readout: migrate in fixed‑price Studio waves of 2 to 4 weeks, run the plan with your own team, or stay where you are and make the changes that pay off there.
The migration and the work after it are part of our DevOps consulting services, and a Shield plan keeps the new setup monitored and patched.
[ HOW WE COMPARE OPTIONS ]
Five points, compared for every option.
In every cloud readiness assessment, we compare each option in your report on the same 5 points and write down the assumptions so your team can check them.
Point
What we compare
What the report shows
Cost
The monthly bill for your workloads, including data transfer, support plans, and your team’s time
A monthly estimate for each option
Data residency and region
Where each option hosts your data and backups, and which rules apply there
The regions that meet your rules, for each option
Your team’s skills
What your engineers know today, and what each option would ask them to learn
The training or hiring each option implies
Lock‑in
The services that tie you to one provider, and what leaving them would take
The provider‑specific services in each design, and how to replace them
Migration effort
What has to change, in what order, and with how much downtime
The waves, the calendar, and a fixed price for the move
The options come from the providers where we have production experience: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, plus OVHcloud and Scaleway.
[ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU ]
About 8 to 10 hours of your team’s time.
A technical sponsor who knows why the current setup looks the way it does.
Read‑only roles in each cloud account in scope, and the last 12 months of bills.
3 to 5 interviews of about an hour with the engineers who release and run your software.
Any architecture diagrams, runbooks, or incident reports you already have.
[ A FAIR QUESTION ]
Why pay when cloud providers offer free assessment tools?”
“
Their tools are useful, and if you have run one, we use its output. Each provider’s tool sizes your workloads for its own cloud, at its own rates. The Cloud Assessment compares providers, including yours, and also weighs your release process, security, data rules, and team skills. We hold no commercial partnership with any cloud provider today. If we sign one, we will say so here and in your report.
Won’t you favor the provider you know best?”
“
The report lists every assumption behind each option, so you can check our figures against each provider’s own pricing. Where our experience with one provider runs deeper than with another, the report says so.
[ OUR WORK ]

[ YOUR DATA DURING THE ASSESSMENT ]
Confidential from the first login.
We sign an NDA before you share any account details.
Our roles are read‑only, and we work without production data by default.
You own the cloud accounts and the keys. Our access is individual, logged, and revocable by you alone.
Your data stays in the region you choose and is never used to train models.
We operate to security policies aligned with ISO 27001. We are working toward a Cyber Trust Mark (CTM) Certification.

How much does the Cloud Assessment cost?
From US$X excluding tax, confirmed in writing after the scoping call, before you commit. The final figure depends on the number of applications and environments in scope, and the order lists each one, so you can see what the price covers.
The review takes 3 weeks and starts within 2 weeks of your order. Week 1 needs read‑only roles in each account in scope and the last 12 months of billing data. Interviews with your engineers take about an hour each and are booked during the scoping call.
Reviews of your infrastructure, release process, security, and costs; a target architecture with the provider options compared; a monthly bill estimate; and a migration plan in waves, with a fixed price for the move, presented to your leadership team in a 90‑minute readout.
No. The plan is written so your own engineers or another provider can follow it, wave by wave. If you want us to run it, the migration becomes fixed‑price Studio work at the price in the report, with a check after each wave before the next begins.
Read‑only roles in each account in scope, including billing, which you create and can revoke at any time. We change nothing during the assessment and work without production data by default. If a check needs more than read access, such as a test restore, your team runs it or approves it in writing first.
Then the plan lists what to change in your current setup, such as removing idle resources or simplifying releases. We promise no savings before we have seen your bills, and the report’s monthly estimate covers staying put as well as moving.
Yes, and French clients who want their data with a French provider can have OVHcloud and Scaleway compared alongside AWS and Google Cloud. A French‑speaking cloud lead runs the assessment, and the interviews, the report, and the readout can each be in English or French.
No. The security and access review covers your accounts, keys, network exposure, backups, and logs, through configuration reviews and read‑only checks. Testing your applications as an attacker would is a separate, fixed‑price application penetration testing engagement, and a security plan for the whole company is the job of our cybersecurity maturity assessment.
